Junior Coordinator, Football Operations - Football Operations (Toronto, ON)

*8 Month Contract 


The Canadian Football League requires a hardworking, passionate, detail-oriented individual for an exciting opportunity to work throughout the 2017 season, toward the 105th Grey Cup. In this position, you will provide administrative and project-related support to the Football Operations and Officiating departments.


Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Entering game information into Officiating database
  • Inputting data related to the Officiating department
  • Assisting with the management of the department’s video database
  • Posting information to the Officiating website
  • Managing game documents as they come in
  • Contract data entry into League database
  • Assisting with amateur football events and initiatives
  • Aiding in weekly statistical management
  • Various administrative tasks such as filing, couriers, etc.
  • Assisting with other departments as needed
  • Supporting Football Operations Events including Argos game-day support.


Education and Experience:

  • Education – recently completed related college diploma/university business degree or specialized degree in sports/and or marketing 

Job Specific Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task and set/reset priorities
  • Maintain composure under stressful situations
  • Computer skills include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of the game of football is an asset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Audio/Visual equipment


  • $12.00 per hour
