The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club has an exciting employment opportunity!

The Customer Service Specialist will provide high level customer service to in-person and over the phone clients. This position will maintain and grow revenue generation through the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and new Customers. Professionalism, reliability and passion are integral in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and walk in traffic
  • Initiate contact with Customers through outbound calls
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts
  • Prepare sales forms and discuss payment options
  • Process payments and balance batches
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
  • Assist Customers with merchandise purchases
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong team player with exceptional customer service skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to problem solve and build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Some experience in a similar role would be preferred
  • Must be available to work Saturdays as well as all home games and other important events, which will include evenings, weekends and sometimes holidays.

Account Executive - Ticketing - Edmonton Eskimos Football Club (Edmonton, AB)

Account Executive - Ticketing

Full-Time

Salary + Commission and Incentives

Represent the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club with respect to the promotion and sales of ticket products. The expectation is to sell all ticket products, including season ticket packages, mini game packages, name your game packages, group sales and premium seating.

Key Accountabilities:

•                 Responsible for the sale of Edmonton Eskimo ticket products, specifically season seats, subscription ticket packages, premium seating and group tickets.

•                 Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales forecasts, budgets and prospect lists and targets.

•                 Contact clients to make repeat sales.

•                 Recommend addition of new products and modification or deletion of present products to the line, based on understanding of customer needs.

•                 Manage and maintain prospects and pipeline effectively.

•                 Attainment of all assigned sales objectives and targets.

•                 Continually develop new business through prospecting techniques and outgoing contacts.

•                 Ensure utmost in quality customer service at all times.

•                 Address customer issues/complaints in accordance with Club policy.

•                 Maintain up-to-date customer records in accordance with Club policy and practices, and report all changes immediately.

•                 Work with stadium operators and suppliers to ensure all aspects of service are met.

•                 Provide ongoing communication and feedback to the Sales Manager, and Director of Ticketing.

•                 Prepare and submit all required sales reports and other related administrative tasks.

•                 Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conferences as required.

 

Game Day Duties:

•                 Work in the sales booth during games to develop new leads.

•                 Work in Premium Seating areas to ensure customer satisfaction.

•                 Coordinate with appropriate on-site service providers.

•                 Visit key clients and contacts.

•                 Work with team operations to ensure proper activation of all promotional programs.

•                 Offer all clients and customers point of contact service.

•                 Other duties as assigned.

Sales Representative, Ticket Sales & Service - Toronto Argonauts Football Club (Toronto, ON)

Position Summary:

The Argonauts are seeking Sales Representatives to be part of an enthusiastic group that is motivated and focused on reaching and exceeding team goals. The expectation is to sell all ticket products, including season tickets, mini game packages, group tickets and premium seating. 

Qualifications and Critical Skills:

  • Post Secondary degree/diploma required
  •  Degree/diploma in Business Administration preferred
  • Sales experience preferred, sports sales experience a plus
  • Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate and adapt to clients
  • Excellent time management, works well in a team environment, strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, naturally aggressive, with a positive attitude
  • Exemplary self-discipline, professionalism, pride and work ethic
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively and with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of stress

The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, sales professional to focus on selling Blue Bomber season tickets, flex and game day tickets.  The right individual will be a self-starter who can generate sales through proactive sales strategies which includes cold calling and networking with prospects on the phone or in person.
 

What you will do:
• Engage new leads with your intelligence, personality, and drive as you provide them with the opportunity to purchase season tickets and group game day experiences

• Provide superior customer service while bringing in new business

• Responsible for participating in game day and special customer events

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Sales department

Must haves:
• Business and industry sales experience with a minimum of one year related sales experience

• Strong communication skills with a preference of Post-secondary education
• Excellent time and territory management skills

Inside Sales Ticketing Representative - Fan Service - Winnipeg Blue Bombers (Winnipeg, MB)

The Winnipeg Football Club is growing our team and searching for a highly motivated, energetic, sales professional to focus on selling season tickets, flex packages and individual game day tickets.  You must be a self-starter who can generate sales, and a person who understands that success is a result of a high level of activities daily; which consists of making over 40 calls per day. You will develop, maintain and enhance our relationship with Blue Bomber fans. 

 

What you will do:
• Prospect potential full season, partial season and individual ticket sales through daily phone calls and email leads

• Actively prospect and research new sales leads along with working with our existing fan base, while hitting your sales target and daily activity levels

• Proactively work existing customers through ticket plans, referrals and the seat relocation program

• Utilize Ticketmaster’s Archtics ticketing software and Salesforce to manage fan accounts

• Provide excellent service through phone calls, emails, written communication and in-person connection with our Blue Bomber fans, both in the office and at special events

Must haves:
• Minimum of two years’ telemarketing/sales experience

• Excellent verbal communication skills along with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.  Normal work week is Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

• Working knowledge of Ticketmaster (Archtics) and use of a CRM system is preferred
